Avamar Backup of iSCSI LUN

We currently have a VXRail with its VMs being backed up to an IDPA 4400.

We also have two Windows File Servers on the VXRail, setup in a fail-over cluster, pointing to an iSCSI LUN on the VXRail for DFS file shares.

My question is, can you specifically target and backup a VSphere LUN with Avamar?
