Avamar and Oracle RMAN BCT

Hi

I understand Avamar works with RMAN employing Oracle Block Change Tracking (BCT) to increase performance of incremental backups.

My question is, can Avamar utilize BCT to carry out fast recovery of only changed blocks/datafiles? Or is a full 'traditional' restore of a full backup + incremental backups always required?
