Avamar Administrator Link Issue

Hello,

We are installing an Avamar system and have progressed to the point where the EMC Avamar Web Restore console

is available via the browser. But when I click on the "Administrator" link and it trys to download the application it

doesn't work and I receive an error "Unable to load Application"

The details of when I try to run it manually are:

INFO: Attempting to connect to: //xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:7778/ASNNODE

Aug XX, 2017 x:xx:x AM com.avamar.mc.util.MCException logException

WARNING: java.rmiConnectException: Connection refused to host: serverport.xxxx.xxx; nested exception is:

                   java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out: connect

It tries to download the application from http://serverav.xxx.xxx (that interface is the one for the public\data network)

The interface for the admin port is https://serveradm.xxx.xxx (which is the one that I am accessing)

To give some background to the installation  - we are trying to put the admin port interface on a separate VLAN that will just have

connectivity to the admin port via the Jump server and the data port will be used for backup for clients.

So, does anyone know how I can correct this to try to download the application from https://serveradm interface or if I have to I

can ask to open a firewall port from the jump server to the data VLAN. Or if there is another solution available.
