availability of BRM mobile app
Today I found out that there is a BRM mobile app available for IOS and Android.

I've got a One+ One Smartphone with Android 4.4.4 (Cyanogen 11) and FullHD resolution. Why is the brm mbile app not available for installation?
It seems to be available for tablets (verified for Asus TF700T with same OS version and resolution).

regarding livechat EMC only supports Android Stock ROM which is a pity.
Here's a workaround: download and manually install APK file (which is not supported)
