TechDirect API Issue
I have had an API key in TechDirect for years to lookup basic system information from a service tag. This still works on older systems but I have noticed the newer ones like my new Dell Pro 16 Plus laptop return service tag not found. I notice that our RMM is able to lookup the warranty information for these newer systems. Is Dell migrating this functionality to a new API? If so, how do I get access to it?
