Registration for TechDirect not functional

I need to use the Dell Warranty API that is in your TechDirect site. However, I have been unable to register there. There has been a banner saying "We are currently experiencing registration issues and are working to resolve them." for over a week now, and indeed the registration does not work. Further, the "contact us" page on the TechDirect site also does not work, and also any email address for TechDirect is non-deliverable. Thus I find myself writing here as I see no way to contact TechDirect support. Hopefully someone can instruct me in how to register for TechDirect.

Dell fix your goddamn warranty system.

The banner was removed today but the problem still exists. There's now a "New account?" button which pops up a modal dialog that reads: "We’re currently making some updates to our registration experience. In the meantime, the best way to create a new account is through your company’s Account Manager. Send them the following..."

Hi, 
I have the same issue. We are a software company willing to provide warranty information about our customer's computers. 
Since they cannot generate an API key, we cannot provide the feature. 

No information from Dell, unable to contact them. I am wondering how such a company can offer such a terrible service.
