Can "Python SDK for Isilon" Version 8.1.1 be installed via an rpm?

Our location does not have ability to use "pip" for installs. A colleague of mine created an rpm from source file sfor he installation. However when executing Isilon Ansibel Modules the "Python SDK for Isilon" is not registering.

This answer was presented in another thread, and I wanted to place the answer here in case other community members saw this thread and wanted to know about this option: **** "...if you don't have pip...you can download the source from here : https://github.com/Isilon/isilon_sdk_python/tree/Isilon_SDK_v0.2.11/isi_sdk_8_1_1 Then run python setup.py install ; that should do the trick..."
