API endpoint for Dell Support SR cases MyService360
We require to have an internal report with all opened cases with Dell.
Is there any way to automate the gathering of current open cases with Dell support?
While browsing Myservice360
https://www.dell.com/support/myservice360/en-us/incidentmngt/totalsrs/tabular
I see that page uses three different API endpoints doing a POST to :
Service requests: https://www.dell.com/support/myservice360/api/sr/v1
On-Site Services: https://www.dell.com/support/myservice360/api/oss/v1
Parts replaced: https://www.dell.com/support/myservice360/api/parts/v1
If I grab the browsers cookie, I can get the data with Postman/Bruno
But is there any official way to have access to that API with proper authentication?
