Ansible: how we support it?

IHAC which ask me:

• Will we be able to open incidents with Dell if an Ansible playbook malfunctions?
• What response/response time would apply to these incidents?
• Will we be able to issue requests for the evolution of an Ansible playbook?

Any help in replying will be much appreciated.
