Ansible automation creating Datastores for Unity

We have been working with Ansible professional service and Dell PS.  We have discovered that the playbook for creating all the datastores work without any errors.  However, the Unity doesn't recognize them as "on-array datastores" and they do not show up in vCenter.

We can do this manually and it works the way we would expect but only if we give the host access during the creation of the DS.  If we manually create the DS and give the host access after the DS is created it will not show up in Unisphere as "on-array datastore".  

Anyone else experiencing this issue?
