x17 R2, keyboard stop responding and locked

I have x17 R2 laptop that is new. 3 days ago I start using this everything was fine. Then I update drivers and all suddenly keyboard lights turned off and stop responding? In bios it shows keyboard lock and in windows it simply not responding not a single key. Please help.
