x17 R2, keyboard becomes unresponsive

i have installed all new bios updates and keyboard updates uninstalled and installed latest drivers for keyboard and it still only works for a bit then goes unresponsive tried reinstalling windows it worked then stopped working it went a day or 2 working then it just casually stopped working while i was gaming any help im out of option and i doubt its a keyboard problem since when i start steam or any game it locks my keyboard and i have to use a bluetooth keyboard
