x17 R1, service tag not working

Hello, 

I have a problem with my alienware x17 r1. Recently it needed a fresh installation but of course I needed to download the drivers again but when i wanted them i had to enter a service tag. I found it but when i ticked enter it said service tag not found. I'm sure it's the right service tag because it's under the laptop, in bios and in settings. When i want to contact support i also need the service tag, but it isn't working. Please help me.
