x17 R1, keyboard, Advance Resolution team complaint

Just like everyone else that purchased this overpriced laptop, the keyboard just randomly stops working. This is after Sending it to the repair facility in Texas and using a 3rd party site Dell offered me. The hard drive has been wiped twice, BIOS has been wipe and reinstalled twice. ESPA quick and advanced tests have both shown no issue with the tech itself (codes below).

To be clear, the time that this device was sent to Texas was in March the return time took so long that i was let go from my job because i use this device for work. Yes i have been dealing with virtual Customer service along with people from the Advanced Resolution Team since January about this. I spoke to people from Bangladesh about this with no results. There "troubleshooting" is just an endless circus of trying the same thing the last agent tried.

After some research, i found that this is a common problem with basically any laptop Dell produces. Some posts stem all the way back to the 2010s depending on the model of laptop.

For Corporate:

To whom this concerns, You need to get rid of the Advance Resolution team. They are quite literally ruining your brand with false promises and the endless call transfers. Scripted responses anger everyone trying to solve a problem. Do not listen to whoever tells you scripts are best for your brand. No one wants to feel like they are talking to robots. Another thing, when asked to file complaints or talk to anyone other then themselves, you get stone walled. Literally every time i asked for someone that could make a decision on something, i was transferred to another person at the same level. I'm sure they are saving you money by outsourcing but they are literally the worst customer service team i have ever seen and i worked in healthcare. You really have to try your hardest to be worse then healthcare customer service. For a list of evidence, i do have the screenshots and emails if you don't have documentation.
