x16 R2, randomly seizing and restarting

I’ve noticed ever since I’ve gotten this laptop after a while of gaming it would randomly seize and remain frozen until it automatically restarts. upon the first couple of times it threw the dpc watchdog violation and I took the appropriate actions to fix any issues. After running my own diagnostics and fixing the issue (I believed so) it continues to do the same thing except this time it does not throw any blue screens or codes. I spent a good chunk of change in this and this has been nothing but a headache. 
laptop specs: windows 11, 1tb ssd, RTX 4080, 32gb of ram, and the intel ultra 9 185H. 
Im left to a final though if a ram issue, but unfortunately your team decided to have the ram soldered onto the board rather than having it interchangeable. (Please stop doing that) I can only say I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with this.
