x16 R2, NEVER BUYING DELL AGAIN

So I've been a dell customer the past 20 years. Since my original Dell Inspiron, then to XPS, a few desktops, and now Alienware x16 R2. For the past decade dell has become worse and worse with their failing internal parts, and it always seems to be the motherboard. Long story short, I decided to give them 1 last try because Alienware has been such a reliable brand for gaming for a long long time. However, now that dell owns them you can pretty much just consider them.

I bought my Alienware x16 R2 THIS PAST YEAR for $2600 USD and already had to send it to a "dell depot" to be repaired after it passed their software and hardware diagnostics. I had to reinstall the OS 2x and it was still failing. 2 days ago I received my laptop back after a week of not having it and the entire screen went black within 2 hours of use. It won't do anything but stay black. Now I have to send it in again, after paying $360 to have it repaired. That was their solution. Send it back in after they already failed to repair it properly the first time. On TOP of that my charger came back scratched. I meticulously take care of all of my technology. I mean OCD like care. I asked to speak to a supervisor because honestly I want to return this computer and buy literally anything that's not a dell and was never contacted. They said for sure a supervisor would contact me within 1-2 hours and that was 2 days ago. I will never, ever, ever ever ever buying a dell computer again.

If you paid for the repair, it has a 90 day warranty on the repair -- if it's still not working, they will need to try another repair.

As for the rest, no - you will not receive a refund on an out of warranty system.  It doesn't matter which name is on the outside -- Dell, Lenovo, etc.

I know I’m not going to receive a refund. The fact remains Dell took something as great as Alienware and destroyed it. Either way this shouldn’t be happening to a laptop of this caliber that I literally only play two video games on and do nothing else. I don’t even do browser searches on this computer. ~$2600 less than a year old requiring multiple fixes.
