x16 R1, bad performance

Since 3 months bought a alienware x16 r1 with i9 13900hk and 4080. ive been others laptops with same specs but with a good performance. even 3 times more fps than this. this laptop is unstable in game. idk in fortnite in all low i got 130 fps but unstable until 50 or sometimes 80. in others laptops with same specs this literally doesnt exist. Someone told me maybe all this is cause thermal throthing or some, its funny cause this pc has 4 fans LOL. if anyone know what is going on or what could be the reason, thanks.
