x15 R2, screen is blacking out randomly, when playing games or not

My laptop screen is blacking out randomly, when playing games or not. Its becoming a major inconvenience because its also happening when I am not playing games, although it does more often. I had the video_dxgkrnl error bsod before this, but this is new.
