X15 R2, AWCC update stuck at 70% then fails

On my Alienware X15 R2 I can't install the AWCC (Alienware Command Center) update required. The problem raised anter an automatical update from version 5.5.49.0, A00 to 5.5.51.0, A00. The update starts automatically, a notifier in my Windows notification panel reports the percentage of update advancement and it gets stuck at 70%. An invisible window "Alienware Command Center - InstallShield Wizard" appears. Then, after several minutes an Alienware dark window with error message appears stating that the installation was interrupted before completing.

Model: Alienware X15 R2 (Aug 2022)

RAM: 32GB

Core: 12700H

OS: Windows 11 Home 22H2 build 22621.2134

DellSupport assists detects no drivers update required

I have:

- Downloaded the AWCC .exe file from dell support/drivers after detecting my machine via service tag and ran the .exe file as administrator -> Same behaviour

- Uninstalled all the Alienware Command Center software from my machine followind this guide (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y6baLqFstyc&ab_channel=DellAiuta) i.e., removing from %appdata%, %programdata%, C:/Program Files and C:/Programs(x86) all the Alienware/Command Center stuff, as well as clean the registry keys as presented in the videos. Reboot. After try reinstalling the latest AWCC .exe downloaded from the Dell driver page, the behaviour was the same and I ended up with no AWCC at all.

- I tried installing the oldest version possible from the dell driver page list (5.4.35.0, A00) and it installed. When launching it, it requires for permission to edit and tries to install the updates -> Same behaviour stuck at 70%.

- I reinstalled Windows freshly from an external support USB, following Microsoft's guide (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/reinstall-windows-d8369486-3e33-7d9c-dccc-859e2b022fc7), but the behaviour is the same. The 5.4.35.0, A00 version is the only one I'm able to install. Despite that, it doesen't work, showing only loading icons in Overclock, Thermal and no FX or Fusion options. And it tries to update, getting stuck at 70% each time I open it.

Clean install of any other version of AWCC higher than 5.4.35.0, A00 fails.

My warranty expired a week ago, and this is quite frustrating. Before this automatic update release, the app was running without problem. I need to control my Thermal settings, and I would like to have the FX control back as well.. Any support?

Some screens that may help:

I managed to solve the issue!
First, in Services I noticed that I had no service named Dell Client Management Service, and neither I have it after fixing thus I doubt that the problem lied in that piece of software.
I started with only SupportAssist installed on my machine. No Dell Alienware Update, no AWCC. I first downloaded from the Driver section in Dell Support web page the "Intel-Management-Engine-Components-Installer_55R3V_WIN64_2208.16.0.2718_A01_01" and "Intel-Management-Engine-Components-Installer_MT5NY_WIN64_2313.4.16.0_A02" installers, which installed without any problem. After a reboot, I downloaded the Alienware Update installer "Dell-Alienware-Update-Windows-Universal-Application_6WNYT_WIN_5.0.0_A00" and ran it.
At first I received an error 1920 during the install. I renamed the folder C:/ProgramData/Dell/UpdateService and hit "retry" in the Alienware Update installer window and it completed succesfully.
After a reboot, i installed the latest version of AWCC using "Alienware-Command-Center-Application_69JY1_WIN_5.5.51.0_A00" and it ran flawlessly! Non I have my thermal, FX and OC controls back. AWCC now works!

I still don't see the Client Management Service in "Services". In Windows Apps I can now see AWCC and AWCC Package Manager v5.5.51.0.

Hope this may help some others!
