x15 R1, Bios update made screen go black and showing 2 red and 7 blue

I updated to latest bios and my laptop now goes black on turn on but shows on external monitor if the power button is held down for 20-30 seconds. I booted into bios and turned off hybrid graphics and then the screen worked but on shutdown or closing the lid it stops working. I wish to know how to downgrade the bios or does anyone have any other solutions?
