x15 R1, Biometrics Device driver not installing after it was uninstalled

windows hello stopped working on Alienware x15 R1, after some trials i uninstalled the biometrics device driver and also removed the face recognition (windows hello) from windows settings optional features

But the problem Now is that  the biometrics driver could not install after I restart my laptop

Also I'm not able to add the windows hello, again from the optional feature

when I try to add it I get the error (couldn't Add) as show in the image below
