x14 R1, dGPU limited to 50w

Hi Guys,

My RTX 3060 is limited to 50 watts when plugged in, no matter the power mode I use. Tried downloading drivers from Dell and Nvidia, both have the same behavior. One thing I noticed after reinstalling the graphics card driver, before I reboot the laptop the graphics card behave as expected boosting to 75w without a problem. But after reboot start limiting to 50w again.
