x14 R1, 3rd party repair, issues

My alienware x14 R1 display cable just broke, normal thing for laptops but my laptop is out of warranty so I used a 3rd party repair. After the repair, the laptop is working but with some sus property. my fan sometime disconnect with the AWCC (app don't recognize fan) and stuck full speed, sometime laptop just freeze real bad. And a sunday morning power button just flash 3 red 5 blue (power failure). I tried the oldest trick (unplug battery then hold power button 1min then let it alone overnight, replug) but it didn't work. Any idea so I can talk with the repair shop?
