WiFi connected but is not working, I cannot download anything to fix.
My WiFi is connected to the network but something is preventing everything to run.I have had issues like this before (uninstalled the killer drivers and I reinstalled due to troubleshooting prompt) and troubleshooted them to get the WiFi to work but it is not working this time around. I cannot enter any site to download anything due to "no connection" did a full PC reset still having the same issues. I also when into the killer wireless in my devices and turned off save power mode. Don't know what to do.

When I reset the PC the killer drivers installed, so I had to delete them again, this happened after I had an update so I am assuming, even with my driver's deleted somehow they came back? Your guess is as good as mine.
The problem is temporarily fixed until the next time.

Check that the hardware button for radio (on the Fn key row, possibly with the Fn modifier key if that's how you enabled it) is turned on. Sometimes I accidentally press F2, which turns off my radio.

The network is made up of your computer network setup--router and other devices. It is not the internet. Go to Network Connections and setup the connection to the Internet again from scratch.

I've done that, that doesn't help. On other troubleshooting it mentions killer wireless driver will cut all off the network off to pump all the signal strength to the game you are playing. But it cut s all access to the internet off when you aren't playing a game too due to it is a faulty system. I've uninstalled the killer wireless program before (and it worked) but this time around (after I reset my PC) If I delete those I cannot redownload the driver's even with the killer wireless uninstalled. Something else is preventing internet capabilities. I can go to steam and download it, I can install a game but try going to download origin or any other website it kicks back an error. When I go to troubleshooting options it say islt cannot operate troubleshooting without internet.

Sorry, I may have misunderstood your OP. Do you mean that your laptop WiFi is working and that it can communicate with the router and with other network devices? WiFi works but you have no Internet access?
Normally I would check firewall settings and any apps that can block or modify outside access. However, I've seen many posts about connectivity issues with Killer cards, so you may want to browse through them and check other sites besides Dell. Perhaps someone already has a solution for this same issue on Killer cards.

There are many posts here and elsewhere on the Internet about such issues with Killer cards. I suggest you spend some time searching and trying some possible solutions.
Here's one fix that was a solution for several people:

Exactly, my laptop and router talk perfectly to one another, I can use the internet for downloading steam and installing games from steam but from any other site it will not load and will give me an error message that when I go to troubleshooting it tells me cannot because it don't have internet.

Nbuck92,
You posted on the Alienware Laptops board, but Dell cannot assist until you tell us which specific Dell Alienware Laptop model, what operating system, and what specific WiFi card?

I have Alienware 17 R5 and looks like we have same problem and i reset my pc more than 3 ties and same thing happened. i jump in device manager and deleted all of the killer drivers and turned off the pc 5 min later turned on and i setup killer drivers and programs from my usb stick. It worked until update the killer driver and i got same problem again. Killer drivers and programs are not compatible with win 11 pro which this problem started after finishing my win 11 pro setup.

Hi @Nbuck92 ,
Have you tried downgrading back to Windows 10 from Windows 11, Compatibility with programs from 10 is a current issue in 11 so this problem might be fixed if you just downgrade your OS version.
Alternatively, you can run these commands to see if there is an issue with the OS itself having corrupt files.
As an Administrator type in the search bar CMD.
run these commands:
sfc /scannow
chkdsk /f
chkdsk /r
crimsom

Hi @My Paradise my Alienware 17 R5 with Windows 10 Pro x64 has same killer application power management problem. The killer drivers have power management disabled, but the killer applications apparently ignore their ethernet and wireless driver settings. Both killer applications deleted from Programs & Features, and their drivers remain with power management option off. Internet connection reinstated.

When you delete killer drivers you have to delete other killer apps from pc because they call each other the work together, than restart shut down pc not restart. after turn on pc setup driver first from usb and do not install killer management apps at all to pc, will work until update start again for killer and stop working.
