Unable to change color of my alienhead, #2

I'm a little relieved that it wasn't just mine. I went to BestBuy and there's did the same thing. Still not happy with the situation. Hopefully they'll fix it. Also when I play Call Of Duty my keyboard changes to all white not what I have it set to. Please help us fix this issue. I just bought an Alienware and its kind of disappointing being that these are supposed to be the best out the box laptops.
