I ordered a repair for my Alienware Area51 laptop because its not displaying anything but its still powering on and I sent it to the dell repair center in texas and they quote me for the repair cost and i declined it. Then when they return it to me my laptop dont power on anymore! What can i do to this issue?

What was the diagnosis? Presumably it was that the system needed a mainboard -- and presumably you had an alternate repair plan in order?

Per the depot teams assessment of the initial issue, the motherboard needed to be replaced due to the failure to post. Should the unit have no power now, then the motherboard would likely still need to be replaced. Receiving the unit back in a no power state was likely a progression of the no post failure. A quote for repair would need to be purchased to get the board replaced through Support.

@DELL-Daniel V My alienware area 51 was powering on when i sent it for repair and it was on my closet for more than 6 months and the issue is only the blinking power button without display now when it was sent back to me it was totally broken no power at all. So you broke it more to the point that its not powering anymore. Then you're blaming the costumers laptop that is was a progression?! The chat agent said the technician did nothing on my laptop then how come there is no power anymore if they did nothing to it. You should return it to the costumer how it was sent to your tech for repair. But instead you broke it more because of the "progression"?. I have a proof of the blinking power button before i sent it to your repair tech. FYI the blinking indicator suggest that a bios flash is needed. I don't have the bios version for the laptop that's why I request a repair. But they quote me and said they need to change the motherboard I agree that my mobo would be replaced provided they need to return my old motherboard to me. But they said the old mobo wouldn't be returned because of "documentation" so I declined the repair because of that. And this happens. No blinking power button on my alienware area 51 laptop.
