New Alienware 16 Area-51 AA16250 NO ST found
New laptop delivered last night. All day I have been trying to get the updates for Alienware, but it does not take my ST number which I found on the computer, the box and my inventory. All the same number.
It seems like it was not put in the big database for when people coming, update the software. Below is what I get after putting in my real ST.

The best part, I paid 2 years for support upfront. I can not even get in on first day... I wonder what will happen after the first year or second year. This is not my first Dell. But, this would definately turn a newbee off after paying $3000 and can not get it updated or the other goodies.
