m18 R2 running hot with just chrome open
I purchased the laptop in December of 2024, and I'm wondering if this is normal..
Just by having this tab open, my GPU is at 95 F and CPU at 113 F (image attached). EVERYTHING is updated, and everything in the task manager is normal (image attached).
I've seen posts which indicate that this is normal for these types of laptops these days and others that say otherwise.. Should I repaste the thermal myself or do I have nothing to worry about?

Those are not high temps at all so you have no need to worry.
Now, if those figures were in Celsius then you would have cause to be concerned. I think that these are probably the figures that you are comparing. For instance, 95F is 35C which is basically ice cold for a GPU.

Hahaha that's no problem at all. You're definitely not the first person to mistake F and C temps and you won't be the last so don't feel too bad.
