m18 R2, keyboard is not working properly
Hi,
Thanks for the prompt customer care responses I've had with your organisation. I truly appreciate. However, I have another issue with laptop keyboard. It is not working properly. The CAPS, TAB, SHIFT CTRL and ESC keys on the left side of the keyboard aren't working.
For this reason, I have decided to use onscreen keyboard alongside to manage thie situation and this is slowing down business for me.
Kindly assist in fixing this issue or providing a replacement as soon as possible.

This is a community board so you are unlikely to get much official support assistance here. You will need to submit a proper Support ticket.
Does the escape key work when you're in the BIOS?
Sometimes a BIOS update can help with keyboard issues so you could check yours to see if it's up to date.

Click the blue "Get Help Now" on the right to start a private live chat session. Share the private Service Tag with them. Once verified, they will troubleshoot with you.
