m18 R1, what is this part?
Disassembled M18 and have a piece left over. Where does it go?

Is it the m18 R1 or R2? Did you disassemble the entire laptop or just certain parts of it?
The Service Manual could help you pinpoint the part.

Hello mattyb3, thank youfor your reply. It is the R1. II only unscrewed the battery and the touchpad. My touchpad is somewhat sluggish and has to be left or right clicked several times before the action of clicking is completed.

I can't see anything in the Service Manual. The image is very blurry, is the plastic part broken? If it has snapped off something then it's probably part on the chassis or base cover.
