m18 R1, RTX 4090 graphics driver not detected on Windows 10 & 11 but detected on BIOS

Hi, my laptop is Alienware m18 R1, the graphics device drivers not detected on Windows but shows up in the BIOS. It shows as "Microsoft basic display adapter" in Device Manager.

It fails to install the right latest Nvidia graphics driver with error message "This graphics driver could not find compatible graphics hardware".

What I have done regarding to this issue is Windows update, update all drivers including BIOS, clean-uninstall the display driver by using DDU in Safe mode and reinstalled Windows 10 & 11 both, but did not work at all after doing all of these mentioned.

No idea what the issue is, I inserted 2 image files related.

Please help.

I also tried to manually install the graphics driver by inserting the current hardware Ids in the INF file in the NVIDIA folder extracted.

For reference,

https://superuser.com/questions/1815744/what-to-do-if-my-nvidia-4090-laptop-gpu-has-an-invalid-device-id

The graphics driver issue in the link above is exactly same (even the hardware id is the same) to what I have.

And this issue had been solved by replacement GPU which has a correct DEVICE ID.
