m18 R1, many problematic issues
1. Recording with input with HDMI, USB C to USB C. contains noise and poor sound quality. This has been the issue since purchase. The mother board has been replaced along with USB cards. This happened less than 30 days of purchase.
2. Problem was not resolved. (Computer was requested to be sent over night to DELL). Dell indicated that the internal workings of the computer was not seated properly and return it to me. Problem was not fixed.
3. Computer would not load windows. Dell replaced motherboard, and NVIDIA card.
4. Less than 5 days later, after the 2nd motherboard replacement, facial recognition would not work. Dell Support diagnosed that the LCD needs to be replaced.
Due to these issues, I have asked for this computer to be replaced. To many issues for a computer less than a year.
I have patiently waited for a week for a determination on what will be the resolve. Fix it or honor my request for replacement?
Called & sent an email asking for an update. Service tech was unable to provide me with any info and ask for my patience.
My warranty is out next month. What to do next?
Any help would be appreciated!

What can be done? Maybe I have a lemon so have requested another compute they still silent.
