m18 R1, amd (4090 edition), no AlienFX

I bought this laptop a couple of days ago used, it's an okay laptop I seem to run into a lot of problems performance is kind of bad, and AWCC is just so bad one of my main problems is I can't get alienfx to show up in the command center. I've uninstalled, reinstalled I even wiped windows to see if that would fix it, but no matter what I do I can't get it to show up! Anyone else have this problem and may have a solution? Thanks
