m17 R5, is the 480hz screen similar to the 360hz one?

My Alienware m17 R5 is dying, it appears to be the graphics card. I've really enjoyed it and it fits my needs better than what's in stores right now, so I'd like to replace it with another one. Unfortunately since they're not in stores I have to look to eBay, and the only new in the box ones for sale are the 480hz panel. My concern is that my laptop had the 360hz panel, and I'm worried it won't look as good.

All I can find online is a generic spec sheet for the models that doesn't tell me much, and one isolated Reddit post of saying that when they had both, the 480hz was dimmer and bluer, which scares me.

Does anyone have any idea if the 480hz panel is of similar brightness, color and overall quality to the 360hz panel?
