m17 R5, BIOS1.18.0, Auto Reset, Black Screen, Blue Screen, Unplug issues

Hello Dell Community,

I'm having some issues with my Alienware m17 R5 laptop running BIOS version 1.18.0. I've been experiencing the following problems:

Auto reset: The laptop randomly resets when I unplug the power.
Black screen: Sometimes, the screen goes black and the laptop stops running.
Blue screen: Occasionally, I get a blue screen of death and the laptop restarts.
I'm wondering if these issues could be related to the BIOS version. Should I try downgrading to a previous version? If so, which version would be recommended?

Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
