m17 R2, AWCC not letting me change keyboard color
Alienware M17 R2
My M17 R2 won't recognize my keyboard anymore and I cannot change the color. I've tried reinstalling Alienware Command Center (AWCC) and looking on these forums for suggestions. The only one that I've seen similar to mine is an article about a M15 R7 not showing the keyboard in AWCC. It looks like that person had to reinstall windows 11 to fix the issue. I'm just trying to see if that's my only option, or if there is anything else I can do. See the picture for what I see in AWCC.

Hi All,
Just in case anyone has this same issue in the future, I wanted to follow up and say that doing a reinstall of Windows and redownloading all the factory drivers fixed this issue.

So, just to confirm. Is it necessary to reeintall the Windows 11 and then install all the drivers again?
