m16 R2, constant odd issues

I have had my m16 R2 (Core Ultra 7 64GB 2TB RTX 4070) since early January. I've had numerous issues. Hoping to get some if not all of the issues fixed.

1 - From January until march the laptop would constantly disconnect from wifi. I tried reinstalling drivers and updating windows but that fixed itself somehow.

2 - My desktop on windows 11 has an ordinary desktop background but recently if I hover my mouse over anything, it turns black, then later turns my desktop completely black. I don't mind it, just kind of annoying knowing this should not be happening. oem original installation from dell. 

3 - Random crashes happen when playing any games or just using the computer. Never bluescreen, always just freezes audio and video in place (does not sound good). I have to hold the power button down to have the audio stop screeching in my ears.

4 - Sometimes when the random crashes happen and I force shut-down, the laptop simply will act dead and not turn on what so ever. It luckily has come back to life a couple minutes after every time.

5 - Audio issues with poor quality were happening from January until May but now seems to be fixed with a bios update or windows update.

6 - The laptop sits on my desk all the time. For some reason the laptop spews out black dust on my desk.
