m16 R1, screen flickering issue

I have a problem with my laptop. Yesterday your colleague tried to solve my issue but he couldn't because Windows had corrupted. So he gave me a task to reset the windows. So I have factory reset the window. What to do now that I am still getting flickering? More flickering when the laptop was install the windows
