m16 R1, power button flashing yellow
Hi! I recently bought a used Alienware m16 R1 and I started having an issue just after I changed the disk configuration and moved my old pc files to this new laptop, but I am not sure if the emergence of the issue is a coincidence with this or not. The issue is as follows: when the laptop is charging the power button started flashing yellow pretty agressively and when I unplug it, the flashing stops, but the color yellow is slightly changing, as shown in the video bellow. Please help, I invested my economies in this laptop and I am starting to panic haha!

Is the AC adapter recognized (F2 at powerup to check) and is the battery charged?

@ejn63 I cannot seem to find in BIOS wether or not the adapter is properly detected, at the Power section I only see some battery optimisation settings and stuff like that. The battery is always getting charged to 100%, only the power button is flashing, but the actual powering of the PC by the adapter is being done properly I suppose. Also, the link you sent me says that amber static means less than 5% battery but I have it all the time when the PC is unplugged.

When you boot to Windows, does the system show plugged in, charging -- and does it recognize the battery?

This is what is shown when plugged in. when I unplug it at the Battery state it says Discharging and the rest of the stuff is the same as if plugged in.
