m16 R1, nothing but problems from day 1
Alienware m16 R1
Nothing but trouble. Lights don't work, IR camera doesn't work. Only used this product for 7 days. All this started October 8 2023. Had tech work on it twice, still a problem. Brand new machine shouldn't be like this. Now they are sending more parts to try again with a different tech. They just need to replace this machine for the amount it is costing them in parts and in home service tech, but they refuse to.

@PalAl If they can't repair the issue after 3 attempts then you should have grounds to request a replacement or refund. You can ask to escalate your support ticket if you find you're not getting the support you need from the rep you are talking to.
If you still can't get a decent resolution then let me know and I'll try and put you onto someone who may be able to help you.
