m16 R1, issues
Dear Dell Support Team,
I'm facing the exact same issues with my Alienware m16 R1 notebook as described in a recent post. I purchased mine six months ago, and I've experienced frequent blue screens, system freezes, USB recognition failures, Ethernet cable not being detected, audio delays via HDMI, and slow startup. I've run the diagnostics, but no defects were found, even though the problems persist. My colleague, with the same model, is also facing these issues, which suggests it's a broader problem with this device. I’m concerned that sending it in for repair won’t solve the issue, as others have reported similar experiences. Could you please assist in finding a permanent solution?
