m16 R1, how do I get to the part of order a new motherboard?

Oh, stuff like that is listed for other notebooks. How do I call or order a new motherboard? I want to get a price on m16 R1 RTX 4080 and 4090.

I'm starting to think Dell didn't like the money I spent last time 😋 /kidding

Any pointers would be appreciated.

I do NOT need to go through support and technical blah blah jiggle things.

I didn't have a proper heat sink on my root drive, IT fried, as did the mb where the ssd plugs in. It has the death lights of power rail failure (basically you can not even get to bios).

So all I want is to find a Dell rep that can tell me how much and how long to send me a new mb.
