Memory: 2x32GB 4800MHz DDR5, Corsair. Listed as compatible. I did all things according to reset like: disconnecting the battery, pressing and holding the power button down for 30 seconds then reconnect everything.

You did not post the exact make and type of RAM. That spec would be DDR5 4800 RAM. It is possible the RAM is not compatible. Crucial is the most compatible RAM and can be found here. I have seen it posted in the forum that Kingston Beast may be a fit as well. You can try a reset by disconnecting the battery and adapter, press and hold the power button down for 30 seconds then reconnect everything and try again. You can also reset the BIOS by the method found on this support page.

Also if none of this helps I would suggest posting this in the Laptop/Alienware forum as this is posted in the desktop forum.

How long did you wait after installing the new Ram? After booting up, it took 10-15 minutes for it to initialize the new ram. Maybe you didn't wait long enough?

Hi, I noticed that when I returned to the original memory it took a while to "wake up", so I left it longer. Believe me, a few hours.

I already returned the memories and got what I paid for them.
