m15 R7, Nvidia Whisper Mode 2.0
Alienware m15 R7
When I open the Nvidia GeForce Experience, the Whisper Mode 2.0 section that has been enabled for the two months have owned the unit, now says that it is not enabled by the notebook. Everything else is fully ticked and ready. All updates are the latest versions, not just Nvidia ones but all Windows ones also. Has anyone else encountered the same issue and can anyone offer a solution or some insight?

Having tried all presented solutions, I finally have Whispermode working again, I simply logged out of my Nvidia account and back in, then boom, it was back....... *Scratches head

Nvidia drivers are for stand alone desktop cards, not Dell laptops. Reinstall the original Dell drivers that were customized by Dell to work on the Dell board. Even updates (which are rare on laptops) must come from Dell.

Hi @Mr Kushtea welcome to this free user-to-user Alienware laptop discussion forum.
My Alienware laptop's NVIDIA GeForce GTX drivers are updated by Dell.
Nvidia GeForce Experience notifications currently install Nvidia driver updates on my laptop. Whisper Mode status is Ready.
Please look at Solved: Whispermode 2.0 not enabled by notebook - Dell Community
Does the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant say Alienware m15 R7 discrete graphics processing unit (GPU) driver updates are available?

Hi @Mr Kushtea ,
Have you tried reinstalling the Game Ready Driver and check the option for clean install so it deletes the previous version and installs a clean version? I also recommend checking if any files are corrupted by running the Command Prompt as an admin and run:
sfc /scannow
Let me know how it goes and please get back to me.
