m15 R7, G.Skill, Corsair, 2x16GB upgrade not working

I got a G.Skill kit of 2x16gb RAM sticks and no matter what I try these things do not work. I tried two different kits from Corsair, contacted Corsair technicians, no luck. This is now my third kit so I am feeling pretty confident it is just the laptop at this point. It has been a month of fighting with this thing.

Next up, I tried Dell technicians with the Corsair stick, they had no idea how to help. I tried asking for a better scope of compatibility and they never got back to me. The manual says all DDR5 SODIMM 4800MHz up to 64gb but clearly this is not the case.

Then I switched to G.Skill and immediately got the same incompatibility error code as I did on the Corsair, 2 flashing red followed by 5 flashing blue. Cycling power, disconnecting the battery, giving it time, all back to 2 red, 5 blue. Even let it sit for over an hour to see if maybe something would happen, nothing.

So I reached out to G.Skill last night to see if they could help, their best guess is that Dell can only handle 1rx16 chips and not 2rx8. I highly doubt this is the case as Dell's own 2x16gb RAM kit is 2rx8. They also could not see any other reason why this would be incompatible.

I reached out to Dell again as a last resort and once again just got confusion from them. They tell me the RAM should be compatible and do not understand why it does not work. Their suggested solution is to pay to have the laptop serviced.

Best I can find is that maybe the timings are problematic in these laptops? It seems as if timing any faster than CL40 causes these models to just fail. I am unable to find any definitive answers anywhere to why RAM upgrades do not work in these models. I grow tired of returning and purchasing new kits and troubleshooting problems on this laptop. Any help or explanation as to why this RAM does not work is greatly appreciated, I am at a loss here. I have attached the information of the exact kit that I last bought below as well.

Maybe because the M15 R7 doesn't like XMP memory.  You may want to try Crucial memory instead.  They are mostly compatible and guarantee to work with Dell systems.

Nearly forgot the laptops exact specs, it is the i7-12700h variant of the M15 R7.

@Chino de Oro Kind of wild that the M15 R7 is incompatible with XMP RAM... the most common RAM on the market... that even non-XMP systems can use because they default to JEDEC... But seriously thank you, you are the one person who has actually given me a real answer. It would have been nice if Dell could have told me that or if they mentioned that anywhere in the manual instead of just throwing a list of RAM at everyone of these threads on the community discussion board. Nonetheless, I appreciate your help, sir/ma'am.

@DELL-Chris M This is aweomse thanks for the list. Do these also apply to the M15 R7 Ryzen 9 6000 series with the 3080ti? I wanted to upgrade to 64gbs but all I can find is the Crucials.  I have been searching high and low for a list like this

@Garencibia1

The Dell internal SPMD (Spare Parts Master Database) for both Intel and AMD show the same memory sticks.
