m15 R7, frequent FPS drops and small freezes

Hello,

I recently (July 2023) bought an Alienware m15 r7 and I when I play games I encounter very huge FPS drops (1/2 fps instead of 120) for like 1 second very frequently when playing, it happens like 3 or 4 times per minutes which is really infurating. 

I have checked the drivers on Geforce experience and they are all updated.

I have checked the temp on my command center and it is usually around 80°C when playing.

I don't know if its worth noticing but I do have a dual boot on my pc, Windows for gaming and personnal usage and Linux for school.

My specs are :

- 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700H   2.30 GHz

- 32 G of RAM

- NVIDIA Geforce RTX 3070 ti laptotp GPU

- 2TB NVME PC801 NVME sk hypnix

These fps drops are happening in any games I'm playing, like Dead by daylight, Fortnite or ARK survival evolved. And sometime are even happening when simply looking a youtube video. 

It is worth noticing that I am allways playing with my laptop plugged in and with a little fan support for it to stay cooler.

I have linked a small 1minute video that shows all these drops and as you can see its not HUGE but this constantly is really frustrating and feels really clunky .
