m15 R7, doesn’t turn on and doesn’t charge

I have an Alienware m15 r7 since 2022 and it was working just fine. Few months ago though after using it for about 6 hours non stop it crashed and turned off. I tried everything to get it back on again but nothing worked. After trying multiple things I noticed that the charger LED light turns off everytime I plugged it into the pc. Because my charging cable was a little damaged I even bought a new lighter one ( the one I got with the pc weighed a ton)  but still the same thing happened. So I thought it may be a short circuit problem but it sure is frustrating having no experience in dealing with computer problems like these. It just so happened that this problem surged right before summer break so I just left it home for over 3 months. But now that I’m back in school and I need to use it I realize that it’s a huge hassle. Somebody help please.
