m15 R7, Dell WD22TB4 Thunderbolt Dock, issues

I recently purchased a Dell WD22TB4 dock to use with my Alienware m15 R7 laptop computer. So far, I found a few issues with the dock; (Both the laptop and Dock have the latest FW installed. The PC is running Win 11 Pro)

1. The Dock would not support "Sleep" or "Hibernate" function. Once the PC enters into either "Sleep" or "Hibernate", the dock won't wake up.

2. The Dock frequently loses display signal output until the PC is restarted. This issue exists in all the video outputs.

3. The Dock frequently loses USB hub function. A reset is required to it back.

I tried the dock on a Dell desktop PC with similar issues. 

Can Dell release another working FW to address these important issues or find a workaround for this Dock?
