m15 R7, crashing

The system keeps crashing every time I boot up a game or whenever the power cord is removed. I've already tried updating the drivers and even reinstalled windows but the system still crashes. Is there any known solution to this problem? I already sent the system into Dell a year ago and they replaced the motherboard. I also installed a Samsung 980 pro into the second SSD slot around a month ago. Could that potentially be causing power issues or overheating causing the system to crash?
