m15 R7, Cherry keyboard stops working

so my m15 R7 intel i7 cherry keyboard seems to have the same issue as listed here =

Will this update be added to my model? I've reinstalled windows 11 from new media, updated the software and drivers and bios. Randomly the keyboard stops working, a reboot or system scan from dell assist software fixes it. 
i turned off sleep and now if the fans kick in the keyboard stops working. please help it's only a 3 year old laptop.

<Note, your m15 R7 purchased 1 year warranty expired 1 year/10 months/28 days ago on September 15, 2023. DELL-Admin>

Try reinstalling Windows and system drivers but not reinstalling any additional software (especially Support Assist). See if that stops the issue.

If it does, reinstall each program one at a time to see if one of them is causing it.

I reinstalled windows twice.

Once not installing any updates.

Same issue.

I then had issues installing a windows update.

So i reinstalled windows again, it's completely updated.

sill have keyboard issue's.

reading through other posts and google it seams to me i have the same issue as i posted above.

all links point to updating the keyboard firmware.
